Installed new programmable thermostat. Been using Comfortable Homes for years. Jim really knows HVAC. Very pleased with his work, as always!
Jim !!! He’s one of those guy he know exactly what is he doing? He came to my place repair the air condition. A kid took the whole day. He went to the ceiling and then he did exactly with the problem. I can recommend this guy. He has a lot of experience five star for this person
Jim is fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He walks you through the problem and explains in details how to fix them. Really happy we have our HVAC guy.
Y’all. Today is July 4th 2026. It was 104 degrees outside and this morning our AC condenser stopped responding. JIM is a God send. He picked up so fast, he came, he checked out the condenser and found the problem. A mouse died inside the unit but so did the capacitor. He then replaced the capacitor that was fried and it was all done within the hour. Reasonable pricing, a wealth of knowledge, and most importantly he is such a lovely person. Thank you Jim for saving us from being cooked!
Jim is the most helpful. We had an issue with our thermostat and he guided us on the phone at no charge. We hope to work together again.
