I called Kyle Heister at comfortable homes. He is an amazing person he's not the kind of person that tries to upsell you things.I was having a problem with my home and my electric bill was so high and I wanted to see where I was losing money. Kyle is a nice enough guy and seemed thorough going through the house. However there was no written report provided after the audit. Make sure your home is located in his active service as he told me a written report couldn't be generated since we are out of his service area.

Kyle was phenomenal - he was thoughtful, explained everything he was doing, let me walk around with him for the thermal scan and explained fixes for each of the areas, and was just so kind and pleasant. He was super quick with the estimate for work too. I went through the Potomac Edison portal to find him for the energy audit, and if you’re doing the same, highly recommend Kyle.
