Brad was great. He was professional, personable and timely. Got my AC up and running in no time.
From a commercial perspective we have been using the team at Comfort Zone for many years. We highly recommend them to anyone looking. They are responsive when there are challenges but more importantly, offer preventative measures to reduce risk of issues in the future. They have helped us construct a location, repair issues that arise and do our regular quarterly maintenance at all our locations. Give the team there a call, you will be impressed.
My mother hired Comfort Zone Services to evaluate and repair her air-conditioned that had stopped working. They had a technician come in the next day and was able to repair it. He also checked out her furnace and clean the filter! She will certainly use their services again!
Just had Tyler here for a service call and the service was excellent! He had to crawl into a tiny crawl space for the repair, and he did so with a smile on his face, even though it was awful for him I'm sure. Very professional, fast and easy going. Will definitely call them again if needed!
