I would highly recommend Comfortzone. A very quick turnaround and accommodated me with very little fuss. Punctual and great communication. Overall I am very satisfied with the level of work carried out (routine boiler service). I hope to use comfort zone again.
The brand new boiler this shoddy company fitted, less than 3 months ago, broke down this morning. The newly fitted bath leaks, because, when it was sealed in the bath was not filled with water! The new sink had one twisted pipe and the cold pipe was cut too short. Having to pay someone else to sort out the bath and the heating, as I do not want these back! They do not care.
We used Comfortzone 5years ago when we needed a new boiler. I was impressed with their straightforwardness as opposed to a lot of the salesmen. They did a great job and even helped by plasterboarding behind where they installed the new boiler. Since then they have fitted us all new radiators, fitting one in our attic to turn it into a bedroom and a new smart thermostat.
