My AC broke on a Sunday, typical I know, I called another company & got quoted for a while new unit. I was destroyed. A friend of mine recommended a second opinion so I called Comfort Zone & spoke with Chris. I told him the situation & he sent someone out same day for a free quote. My a/c unit broke for the 3rd time in the last year so I decided I use another company and called comfort zone.The tech who came to my house was extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable.He explained to me what happened and how to prevent it from happening again also I showed him my other repair tickets and he explained those problems to me too! It's now working great and I will be using this company again!!!
If I could rate this place negative stars I would. My warrnaty company sent Comfort zone when my ac started leaking (it was cooling very well but started leaking water). When the first guy came he seemed to know what he was doing, he said it was a clogged drain pipe, blew it out and said it was fixed. That evening i realized that my a/c wasn't working as my house was 90 degrees. I was impressed by their 5 star rating even though there were only 2 at the time, but when I called, it was a Verizon cell and said it had been disconnected.
