Called to have someone come out to check my Ac unit as it stopped working randomly. I had Brad come by with in an hour or two and fixed it asap! Brad thank you so much for coming to the rescue especially with this heat wave. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and so kind. My air conditioning unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Comfort Zone and within 2 hours, they had a service technician at my home to trouble shoot the cause. Not only did he diagnose the cause, he had the replacement part on his truck to do the repair. The professionalism and service of Technician Brad and his team was stellar! Thank you!

Very pleased with local company Comfort Zone and technician Chris Walt! Just had in to clean my split ductless A/C unit. I hadn’t had maintained since moved in 3 yrs ago. Its too high up on wall for me with ladder. I was worried might be mold as saw black spots on vents blowing. He assured me it was only dirt and/or build up from oils when cooking. He did a thorough clean removing 2 filters to vacuum then wash/soapy water. Used wire brush also on louver parts to dirt area then wiped down thoroughly down with soapy water. Per... read more
