Prompt and responsive service. Everyone I encountered along the way was professional and courteous and because I was worried about an issue with my HRV, the service tech came within a few hours of my call. Grant inspected and cleaned my HRV as well as checked the furnace and fireplace to make sure that everything was running properly.
