I have used Comfort Zone Heating and Aire for a previous repair on a different AC unit and had no issues. However, my recent experience with them has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I needed a new AC unit for my camper, and the company charged me more than double the price of the unit compared to what it was listed for on the website where they ordered it. I understand that it’s summer and it’s hot. I called made an appointment for four days later that’s fine. It was 87° inside my house like I said it’s summer. The man showed up and he cleaned out my air conditioner, and to be honest there was a lot of debris inside. He also found a softball in there, so it had been a while since it had been cleaned out Man charge me $177 which I thought was very reasonable. We turned the air on before he left seem to be working.
