I was a little confused when a different service van showed up, but he took the time to explain it, and I really appreciated that level of customer care. My AC froze up from the outdoor condenser line all the way to the hvac equipment in the attic, and it started leaking into my daughter’s room. A past service visit from another provider only adjusted the drain pan and added refrigerant, which did not really fix the root cause. Excellent company to work with. Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning was very customer focused, on time, and did quality furnace and heating system work from start to finish. We recently needed a new furnace and had 4 estimates done. They were the only team that completed a thorough inspection of our current heating system and ductwork.
