After coming back home to Boulder from vacation, I found that one of our AC units wasn’t cooling at all. After many years with my old furnace, it finally stopped working in the middle of winter here in Boulder. Craig came out quickly to check things over, explained exactly what was wrong with the heater, and also noticed that the furnace humidifier wasn’t draining and that the sump pump needed to be swapped out.
