The HVAC technician was punctual and professional. He carefully checked the system, explained the issue, and handled the necessary work efficiently.
Installed the AC efficiently, no issues.
Comfort Zone Heating & Air provided excellent service from start to finish. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. My HVAC issue was fixed quickly, and the whole experience was smooth and professional.
I anticipated a lengthy process given the complex setup, but the technician efficiently dismantled the A/C system in about two hours while explaining each step and identifying worn components. It's clear he knew what to look for as he meticulously labeled and organized parts for reassembly later, which gave me confidence in the procedure.
The issue was a faulty connection in the ductless unit, which they efficiently repaired within an hour, but it took a bit longer for them to arrive than initially estimated. Overall, the system is running smoothly now and their technician explained each step clearly, though communication prior to the visit could have been more prompt.
