If I could leave zero stars I would. First when I walked in I had to wait 45 minutes before I sat in chair. My appointment was at 11:30 and she was still working on clients. While she was washing and conditioning my hair, she used a pick, not a comb or brush, to detangle my hair. She was very rough and heavy handed as well. When you book an appointment with her on Booksy, she will cancel the appointment then call you to confirm. That way you can’t leave a bad review.
