Joe is INCREDIBLE. We've had to call him twice now, once to replace the thermostat and again when our whole AC unit stopped working. He came over quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and ensured we had a warranty for the new parts. He is honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend him.

Joe from Comfort Zone is the best! A few years ago, he installed a whole-house air conditioning system in our home and has continued to check in every year to make sure everything is running perfectly. Of course our AC goes out the night before we host a party in the middle of the summer. I call Joe early the next morning (Saturday) at 7:30am and he is at the house by 8:15am. The perks of calling a local business owner. He diagnosed our problem, replaced the faulty part which he luckily had in the van, and was done all within 30 minutes. I'll be sure to give call a Joe the next time I have any HVAC issues. Highly recommend.
