After I had already paid, the receptionist told me that I needed to pay a tip. Tips should always be optional and left to the customer’s discretion. Being told to pay one after completing my payment made me feel uncomfortable and pressured.
Coming there once a month for years. It became our tradition. Very good service!

Two of us had tight pants on and they offered us some shorts to change into which was really nice.
