I was initially impressed by the product and knowledge at a booth Comfort Windows had at the NYS Fair and I was in the market for replacement windows and arranged for an estimate. During a period spanning seven weeks, the salesman made statements that he had emailed me information that he claimed I must have never received but he could never document was actually sent; he advised me he would call me or email me something by the end of the day and days later, I was following up with him to request the status of the informati... read more
