I came in for a massage and paid $80 for a one-hour session. Before the massage started, I specifically asked if you could do a deep-tissue massage. I was told that only a regular massage was available, and I agreed. After the massage, I left a $20 tip. Instead of thanking me, the therapist became upset, raised her voice, and told me I should have tipped $50–60. As far as I know, tipping is voluntary and should be left at the customer’s discretion. Saw Lily today, and she was fantastic. Such a sweet person, and gave a great massage. Walked on my back and stretched my lower limbs out after the massage. Will definitely go back and see her.
No point in wasting your time. I always call to make an appointment and they always give me an excuse So I’m not doing business with them. By looking at the reviews I shouldn’t even bother with this place
