Fantastic, fantastic! Without unnecessary upselling, they quickly located the problem, explained it, and fixed it.
Had this AC system for less than a year and have been mostly happy, but it hasn’t been working for 5 days now and we’ve called multiple times since then to get it fixed. We’ve left multiple voicemails, but zero calls have been returned. The only time we can speak to anyone is when we call ourselves. They’ve multiple dates/times to fix it and haven’t shown or answered calls. It’s very uncomfortable and unfortunate in this Florida heat!
We have been dealing with Superior for approximately six weeks, for a problem with our heating. The unit was running irradically. The only way it would run as it should was to put on "emergency heat". We went through 2 techs without fixing the problem. Third time was a charm with the arrival of Mark Livingstone. it took him less than 30 minutes to determine what the problem was and correct it.
