Real poor customer service. They told me it was the fan motor. They had to order it. 6 days later. New tech said it was motor and fan blade. Waited 3 more days and the third tech said all he had on the truck was the fan blade. Waited 9 days on a house that was 92 degrees in it. I think they need to retrain their field techs. Poor service all around.
