I was happy to receive a 3-day promotional rate, but then I was disappointed when I entered my room. Negatives: There was a constant hum from traffic on I-89, which was directly behind my 4th floor room. I closed the curtains, but there was a gap that let in outside light. I used a binder clip to keep the curtain closed. The wifi worked that evening, but not in the morning. It kept circling. My last stay at Comfort Suites ANYWHERE !! I have been a customer for years, my information was in the system and updated address that night. We called ahead for a room with a 11PM check-in being 2 hrs away, while travelling to a funeral and was TIRED and couldn't complete the drive. It was MINUS 0* with snow and wind. Upon arrival was finally greeted by the clerk, she was off in the TV / Dining area. Was given our room and when entering it was COLD ~!~!~! the thermostat said 51 degrees. The hallway was warmer !! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT STAY at this hotel. Very rude front desk. Nit cooperative or helpful. DO NOT, DO NOT Stay at the Cambria in Bettendorf Iowa!!

We checked in and were given the wrong type of room. We asked to be moved to the room we booked. The manager told us to leave and called the police. The police said they have a lot of issues with this location and we were better off staying elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE...RUN AWAY!!! There is a nice Comfort Inn 2 miles away.

Staff talk behind your back to where you can hear them speaking about you and the 3rd floor smells of weed/smoke. I noticed that no one in the kitchen washes their hands or wears gloves when putting out food.

Booked two bungalows, they overbooked so we got “other” rooms! Shower didn’t work, our friends tv didn’t work and their toilet made all kinds of noise, all night! Terrible experience, never again!

I somehow was charged for a 2 night's stay on separate bookings, and they will not let me cancel to get a refund! Bad reviews everywhere until I am reimbursed for my NON stay! Also they claim to have a pool on Priceline which is also a lie! I would have been a long-term client because of the location/business next door, but this isn't good business so I guess this is how it will be. I will not give up on this!

will never return to this location as I came under my business name but the manager Louisa there is very rude and seems drunk as the few days we stayed she smelled of alcohol and was very rude when asked questions about situations telling myself and my coworker to F***ing leave and she don’t give a damn about anything and for us to deal with problems on our own. The 2 young lady’s at front desk tried to calm her down but she was rude to her own employees I felt bad for them as they had to deal with her behavior towards them ... read more
