Courtney at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Around a month ago, we booked with them and requested a late check out over the phone. The lady who was at the front desk that day was very helpful and confirmed we had late check out and a room. Not one to leave a review but just had too. Used my CC rewards for our stay just to get some sleep on our way to Florida with a family of 5. Checked in late, staff was not friendly. Informed us we could only use the elevator to the 3rd floor once and that was only because we had a cart full of stuff. Had to carry my two year old up and down the stairs the rest of the time. Was woken up by loud foot stomps above us at 2:30am. Fell back asleep, loud knock at the door at 8:30am for housekeeping even though check out was at 11am... read more
