Have stayed here before and loved it. It's always a joy to stay here.
Crappy customer service, the manager was being rude and would not let me get my items which had my medication in it mind you, out of the hotel room. Wouldn’t even allow house keeping to just go verify that my belongings where in the room. Was not accommodating at all. Worst experience I have had.
Check-in was good. The guy at the counter was very nice and polite. We asked for a noon checkout due to traveling all day. He said, of course! Clean room. The food was awesome! Everything was amazing til right at 11am. The banging on the door and then Felicia called the phone. Demanding us to get out. We tried to tell her at check-in, the guy said we could stay until 12. She called us a liar. And was arguing with us. When we go down to counter to get a receipt. Again was very rude and wouldn't listen. Gave us major attitude.... read more
