Bed was comfy and staff was nice
The Comfort Suites Waco (Laselle) accepted my booking and gladly took my pre-paid pet fee. Yet, hours after I settled into the room, I was blindsided by the news that 'pets are not allowed,' and charged an arbitrary $150 fee. I spent time trying to explain the situation—showing them their own acceptance of my pet—but management simply vanished, refusing to acknowledge or fix their error. I admit I prefer a nicer stay when out of town but this place did the job when we needed to come up to Baylor and everything was booked.
