Front desk service is ok and room was ok. Breakfast was very basic and very minimal in choices. Juice was watered down, room keys didn’t work on more than a few times, inconvenient having to go to the desk so many times. Swimming pool lacked enough towels and cleaning crew was absent, until barely check out which they had rushed in, deposit was returned in full, however 3 days later they made a unauthorized charge of $10, which drew suspicion. Hotel will charge you an arm and a leg just for towels. They count their towels and in little stains or anything be careful they will charge you $30 just for a towel. This is crazy. I never dealt with hotels like this. The beds look stained the sheets are a little dirty.
As a family this is one of the worst experiences we've ever had, the management is not focused on customers but rather saving a penny. It shows in the facilities upkeep and maintenance, backdoor to hotel was never secure (no key card required) which was worrisome considering our small children. We stayed three nights and we rented two rooms due to size of our family, we had bed covers with holes in them. Our key cards had to be reprogrammed over 4 times for both rooms. This place was really very lackluster and felt like a waste of money even for our "just need a bed" stay. Arrived at about 6:30pm and waited several minutes and rang the bell multiple times before someone finally came to the front desk for check-in. It was a bit uncomfortable to wonder about the overall safety if the desk is left completely unattended for that length of time. Definitely would not recommend the pool/hot tub area.
