I booked this hotel in the middle of the day and arrived there at about 10 pm. I was traveling with my family, we spent the whole day driving and were very tired. The girl at check-in desk told me my booking was not confirmed because my credit card was declined. I checked my bank app and my card was charged, the payment was pending. I showed her my confirmation email, said that I have a confirmation number but she even didn't want to look at it, just said me to call the customer service where this booking was maid. Customer service was extremely good the room was very clean and there was no double booking that we experience at the other comfort Inn job well done we will stay again.
First I will say, the staff here are amazing, always kind and very friendly. Unfortunately I have to leave a review because management needs to take better care of this establishment. It’s absolutely filthy. The lobby and hallways look like they haven’t seen a vacuum or mop in months. Last time I was there, the whole motel didn’t have soap. Like to wash your body with. I had to have some door dashed. I was offered extra shampoo to wash my body with. The elevator is filthy and unsanitary. My room had clean sheets and towels, ... read more
