We were traveling to Ft Bliss and finally stopped after driving all day. We were starving so we turned on the AC in the room and went to grab dinner at the closest restaurant. We came back to the room and it was flooded with water!!! I told the housekeeper and she grabs the gentleman working maintenance. He tells us that we have to switch rooms, unfortunately. Our room was so spacious, the bed was amazing! Tasha checked us in and she was so sweet and so professional, she really made our check in smoothe and was so informative.
The first room we were in the air conditioner didn't work. We changed rooms and the room smelled like it was soaked in cheap perfume and cologne. The safety lock was broken. My daughter's room the air conditioner leaked all over the floor and the cord was wrapped in plastic. That room smelled like mildew. The morning staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice.
