I was visiting from out of town .. I was booked at another hotel that wasn’t clean and I didn’t feel safe . I drove down The road and found this very clean , please and amazing manager who accommodated me . My stay was amazing i slept like a baby the rooms were clean the staff was professional and friendly … thank you for making me feel safe …

This is not a 4 star hotel. Room was filthy. Ac barely worked. Smelled like mold. Carpets and doors ripped up. Requested a refund. States they could not due to third party. Contacted third party they would approve it if manager allowed it. They did not. Escalated with corporate. They wanted pictures of room. They would not allow it. They canceled it no refund. Just another day of bad management and a simple report to fraud / bbb

The hotel is dated and has a smell of mold. Could not find the clerk for 10 minutes when I tried to check in. The housekeeper had to look for her. When she finally showed up, she had an attitude. Also, when I made a multi-day reservation, I wasn’t aware that I would be charged an extra day for checking out early, even though I checked out by 11:00 A.M. Had I known about this penalty, I would have stayed elsewhere.
