We were only there for a single Friday night, but I've got no complaints! The staff were above and beyond accommodating, the hot tub and pool were clean and perfect temps, the room was clean and everything worked, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was tasty. I couldn't have asked for more and we'll be back next time we're in Stevensville!
I was at the Comfort suites for a night and the room I received room 104 had Bed bugs in it Being a Diamond member the owner assumed I bought them with me I've stayed there before and never had any problems with bugs but this day my daughter was bitten and my granddaughter also. When the front desk recipientist told the owner what happen he said he can only give me 25% off my stay being up half the night that's not right
I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the behavior of the front desk attendant (Indian woman working Saturday October 4th). When a young man ahead of me explained that he couldn’t provide a card because a company had already paid for his room and his card had no money, the front desk attendant laughed at him and spoke to him in a rude, condescending manner. Just simply run down..Broken lamp..bathtub was an faucet were were not updated and very old looking.. Sorry...We were very disappointed
