1/5 stars. I arrived at the hotel in the evening after a grueling 15-hour workday, only to wait in line just to check in. After finally getting my key, I carried my heavy bags all the way up to the third floor. To my absolute frustration, the key didn't work. This hotel uses outdated key card technology that should have been replaced with modern locks a long time ago.
