I booked and paid for a king upon arrival they put me in a double room. I didnt fancy it but I was willing to rock with it. We came in room appeared clean I turned the lights on and went to turn on some heat because it was super cold. Immediately I was distressed I was standing on soggy wet carpet. I turned on more light only to find the wall soaking wet. I called the front desk and reported it right away. I was informed they would make a note of it but we're full so nothing could be done.
