About to check out. We came as a group and rented a total of 6 rooms. I have issues. 1) the elevator broke while we were on it. Leaving us to use the stairs. We are a group with special Olympics. 2) the office staff told this one couple with a wheelchair they couldn’t come down until the elevator technician came at 9AM, they called 911 and had them carry the wheelchair user down from the third floor. 3) nasty sock left in room from previous people 4) pull out couch was coated in dirt and crumbs. 5) found a roach in the bathr... read more
