Nasty.
This place was great! Price was good, breakfast was good, the room was nice and clean. We pulled in at the last minute and all they had was the family suite, but that worked perfect as we have 3 kids! We were meant to stay there! Beds were super comfortable and all the bedding was clean with covers on the mattresses. Bathroom was a really good size and we had plenty of space in the room and seating with all without sitting in beds.
I stay here on many of my business trips to Shreveport. There are definitely aesthetic challenges in each room, such as a spot of peeling paint on the wall from shower over spray or some broken paneling in the elevator, but the place is cheap and always comfortable. It also offers a free breakfast, which is becoming less common. None of the staff have ever been anything but nice to me. I have never seen any roaches in my room, and normally stay on the 3rd floor.
