I paid for 4 nights was there 3 and was kicked out for having my animals. They knew upon check in I had 2 dogs (one being a service animal and one in training) their website even states it’s pet friendly, but they choose to give me attitude and tell me I can’t get a refund. Horrible place horrible staff dirty rooms horrible management. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I would be very cautious when booking here. I’m not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, especially as a business owner myself, because I know mistakes can happen. Overall, our stay was okay, but the condition of the room was disappointing. The room looked quite worn, and there were several maintenance issues that should have been addressed before guests checked in. The smoke detector had its battery removed, there was a crack in one of the walls, and what appeared to be mold was growing in the corner of the room.
