Got to the hotel to check in. Elevators were down which wasn’t a huge deal, so I paid. Once we got to the room there where no curtains, the beds where stripped down to the mattress, dirty sheets/towels laying in the room. We immediately got a refund and had to book another hotel for our stay. 0/10 recommendations

Update; property refunded our stay through Expedia but also left a snarky response to my posting. FYI to the property management who posted the response mentioning the cancellation policy…, I didn’t cancel, I showed up ready to stay. You failed to provide a safe and clean room for me to do so. Because of this I had to scramble to find other accommodations last minute in the middle of the night. Absolutely horrible. Edited again to add that the manager of the hotel called us and is issuing a 50% refund. He was very nice and the staff were all very nice. Edited to add: notice the very generic response to my review? It’s the same as every other response on here - flat and empty. Also we ended up checking out early because the pool ended up turning bright green- even though we were told the pool was just serviced 3 days prior. Another lie!! Do not stay here! Firstly let me say I don’t typically post reviews and especially do not enjoy posting negative reviews. With that said my recent stay at Comfort Suites Seabrook was thoroughly disappointing and fell far short of basic expectations. Upon arrival, we discovered the elevator was out of service, and all available rooms were on the third floor. The first room we were given hadn’t even been cleaned.
