This was the worst hotel I have ever seen and stayed at. This front office asked me how was my stay and I told them there was roaches and water leaking from the ceiling then, I was kicked out with my children and on my way out the staff gave me the middle fingers. I have video of these actions and photos of the actions. This is shocking how a business treats their paying customers. This was my son's birthday
Rooms were nice enough considering they're renovating. The a/c was lacking despite it actually being cold outside, had to ask for fans, they came through with two. The two little roaches I encountered was unacceptable though. Please address that immediately.

Hotel a little outdated. Plus is location. Staff was excellent throughout the stay, 5 stars for staff! Outlet in bathroom didn’t work.
