Editing to add: I woke up to my room having a soaking wet floor. I was offered to move rooms but it wasn’t ready for over an hour so they let us use the conference room to get ready for my wedding. When I returned to the new room I found the ac not working, my child getting stuck in the bathroom, and the bathroom light switch not working. Would not recommend this place at all. We get here for our 2 night stay and the elevator is down and of course they fill the first floor before anything else so I had to make 6 trips up the stairs to unpack the car for my wife and kids. Then when both of my keys stopped working, there is nobody at the front desk, nobody in the back office behind the desk(yes I went back there to look) and nobody answering the phones as I stood at the desk and called.
