Our original room had a very bad musty oder. It seems to be an older motel and possibly it was coming from the carpet. We asked to change rooms & staff was very accommodating. The 2nd room wasn't as bad. It was good for a 1 night stay and the location was convenient.
As Freddy Mercury famously said, "Another one bites the dust." This location has been declining for the past 3 or so years that I've been staying here. But this last stay (mid-June 2026), will be my last. It started with the lack of attention to detail - It's like watching a great beast die slowly. At first a light bulb or two burned out and were not replaced. Then the cleanliness began to suffer - carpet stains accumulate; dirt remains on walls and in corners.
