We were first placed in a room that had a leak in the ceiling, and they gave us another room right away after we told them about it. The place was clean and breakfast was great! The only comment I have is that, the door on one side of the bldg doesn’t lock automatically, so technically anybody could enter from that side… hopefully that gets fixed for security purposes!
Arjun at the front desk was very helpfull. He made sure that we had a comfortable stay.
I stayed at this hotel for about 36 days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The elevator was broken for two weeks, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The cleaning service was poor and inconsistent, and the breakfast quality was far below expectations, and the internet was down most of the time, making it very difficult to work or stay connected. Overall, the hotel did not meet the high standards it claims to offer. I would not recommend it for long-term stays.
