Every staff person we had contact with was professional and helpful. Front desk is welcoming and seem to know their job. Rooms need a deep clean. We stayed here for the location and were happy with the easy accessibility to/from this hotel.
The biggest issue I had internet was not working if I am paying hundred dollar for one night they better at least have good Internet bedsheets were not clean the towels were not clean they have the bugs and the roaches in the room
Maya was the absolute best receptionist of all time. I had an extremely stressful day before checking in, and Maya went above and beyond to make me laugh and feel like we were just hanging out while she checked me in. The rooms were VERY nice for the rates they go for, and the beds were like heaven on earth compared to the hotel I stayed at the night before that. This place is great, Maya the front receptionist was super helpful and good at helping us out when we had questions.
It is good! And I like the hottub and pool that's indoors the rooms are cool and I love this place it's so cool! and I moved to Egypt so I'm not there anymore but it was a great place I want to visit it again comfort suites Plano your the best
