We stay here each year for a conference. This year we experienced excellent customer service from Amelda at the front desk! She was so kind and went above and beyond for us!! She is a gem for sure. Our only complaints are that the floors and rooms are not very clean. The basics are done but the smell when you walk into the room is not so good and the floors really need a good shampooing. I stayed with my family this past week and the housekeeper Jennifer was so helpful. My hair dryer wasn’t working and without hesitation she came to my room and helped me. It was a silly mistake on my part but she was so helpful. She is definitely a great asset to this company
After a long trip back north I stopped to get a few hours of rest. Scarlet at the front desk was amazing and Jennifer helped me push my luggage cart to my room because I couldn’t figure out how to maneuver it. Hotel was clean and inviting. Our room smelled fresh and the beds were so comfortable. This hotel will be my stay of choice next time I come to Florida
