I have traveled for business for 20 years now and I have nvee been to a place with worse service. The front desk lady was always gone from the front desk.
We had a very disappointing stay. One of our clothes went missing during our stay, and the room had a strong unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this hotel.
The good: the accessible room is spacious and the shower is perfect. Chair provided and shower head that is adjustable vertically and it detaches as well. The not so good: the elevator wasn’t working at check in, but they changed our rooms to the first floor. There was someone working on what appeared to be an electrical panel, but he did not look like a licensed electrician. :/ There is a water issue, so the water pressure in the sink is loooow and there is no working washing machine for guests. Overall, it’s mid at best.
