Poor customer service. No one at reception for more than 10 minutes. When they did arrive, asked to check in if possible-was after 2pm. Desk refused, said check-in was 3 pm and they were in the process of remodeling and might have to leave desk because they might be in the way of worker, not caring about guests at all. Extremely rude and poor customer service

The staff was kind and attentive, always meeting our needs when asked. However, the hotel itself and its amenities fell short. Our room had a strong dusty, mildew smell upon arrival.The design felt very rustic and outdated. The couch was very uninviting, and had white stains on it, so we didn’t use it. The king-size bed was smaller than expected, very springy, and lacked depth — it felt like sleeping on a thin mattress. Our shower had low water pressure but the tub was still clean. Wonderful, lovely lovely room nice sweat setting great price easy access. No one told me that Houston was spread out this much and that’s my only complaint. But that’s not the fault of comfort suites who did a great job. The room is quiet, clean, extensive. It has everything you would wantrefrigerate, microwave, delicious, free breakfast, very quiet.
