Very poor service; the rooms aren't properly cleaned. The blankets and sheets were heavily stained, and the breakfast tasted sour. The bathroom wasn't clean—the walls were yellow and the bathtubs were orange. Overall cleanliness was very poor; the mattresses and carpets were badly stained. I do not recommend this place; it is not clean.

Clean, no fuss check-in, staff easy going and had no issue with moving us to the room type we reserved initially but wasn't available upon day of check-in due to full capacity, late arrival and almost no vacancies... But upon request the following day, had no problem placing us in a clean room on an entirely different floor higher up and farther from elevators

We've stayed every week for 6 weeks while traveling to race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Some stays have been great. Others, not so much. CONS 1 night the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed had been made without changing the bedding and there was a pair of underwear in the floor and and dirty washcloth and used soap. All we got was a pile of bedding. It was too late to find another place. One night the room smelled like cat pee. PROS It's quiet and the beds are comfortable. Good Coffee So, so breakfast.

I recently stayed at this Comfort Suites and had a genuinely disappointing experience from check-in to check-out. The problems started at check-in, where the front desk staff member was short and rude with us. Things didn’t improve from there the first floor had a persistent bad smell, and the elevators reeked of marijuana throughout our stay. Customer service was the biggest issue. I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. The hallways smelled like dog poop. There are signs everywhere that say no pets and there was a dog barking in the room across from ours. Our room smelled like mildew and the carpet was severely stained in multiple places. There was mold growing in the air-conditioning vent and all of the furniture was stained. I do not recommend staying here and this will be reported to the local health district.
