Upon arrival our rm didn't have hot water so I called the front desk and she said she'd be on the way to check it out, but after waiting almost 2 hrs I went downstairs to remind them and they had done shift change and the new attendant wasn't informed by the other employee abt our situation but she quickly offered us a different rm that had hot water even though it was directly across from the loud elevator.
