Rooms were clean, breakfast was fresh, and the front staff Kristin was SO NICE!!!!! Very professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
My daughter's and I were enjoying a girls weekend in Nac. Coming in from dinner Friday night our room smelled like marijuana. We were tired so we went to bed. We left out for the town that morning and when we came back to our room it smelled like pot again. I said something to the house keeper. My main issue is the entire time our room was getting a back draft of pot smoke from another room. Even housekeeping said something when they brought us towels. Later that evening when we came back from our day out, again this happened. I brought it to the front desk attention and was told by Michael that I was boring him and I could call the head of housekeeping to express my concerns. Michael preceded to tell me I could maybe get a refund if I was unhappy and stay elsewhere( at 7:30 p.m). Apparently this is an ongoing issu... read more
