I made a reservation for an event scheduled in Nacogdoches. The event is 3 months from this month (June). The event was cancelled in June and I called comfort suites in Nacogdoches 3 times in June to cancel my September reservation. I was told they have a no cancellation policy and the manager would have to approve the reservation. The manager has not called me or contacted me about my request. This our 3rd or 4th time staying here, rooms are nice, staff is nice
Nice hotel refurbished.. nice n nice staff. Here for the Texas Blueberry Festival Saturday...
The young lady at the front desk was very kind and even the housekeepers. However, the cleanliness of my room was very disappointing. Also, it was infested with roaches! Definitely will never be staying there again.
