Had no internet for entire one night sray stay. Front desk was not helpful in resolving the issue. Blinds in room did not screen out light.although this is a problem for only light sleepers. There was also considerable traffic noise. The rooms were clean, which is most important to many.
This is our third or fourth stay at this location, and we keep coming back for the same reasons. The location is hard to beat, close to the interstate and the airport, which makes traveling with kids much easier. The hotel is very affordable, especially considering the indoor heated pool, which our kids absolutely love, and the free continental breakfast. I find that some rooms are more updated than others. Great hotel, employees super nice!
We needed to book a hotel last minute that could fit us 7 (2 adults and 5 kiddos) and since we would only need like 8 hours to sleep and thats it wanted somewhere that we didnt need to book two rooms for such a short time. We checked in after midnight and the person at the desk was very nice and helpful. She got us in fast as we were exhausted from driving all day. The room fit us and was clean.
