2nd stay, different weekend! Checked in 415am room provided had minimal electrical outlets working. Called front desk was on hold for 30 minutes waiting on her to come back to phone and say she was sending Maintenance. 1hr later. had to call back to see where he was. He came 20 minutes later got the lamp in corner working and by beds, assumed sockets were working. It wasn't. I Called back she advised he didn't speak English but was coming. We checked in Comfort Suits in Morrow, Ga Friday Sept 5, 2025 @ 4pm. The young lady at desk was so kind and sweet. It is nice to see a welcoming and caring smile after our travels. While in the room, she even gave us a courtesy call to check to see if we were satisfied. The room was better than expected and very clean. We appreciate the good care we always get when we come here, and we always come back. In the past the breakfast is very satisfying so we look forward to it too. Great guest services. Thank you.
Super friendly staff. Cordella has that southern charm on lock! Affordable and clean rooms in a convenient location. Cracker Barrel & IHOP only a short walk away.
