I stayed the night of 9-28-25. The had a stale smell as I walked inside although it looked good. The room appeared adequate. After a late night at a wedding, we went to bed about 1 am, my husband sat down on his side of the bed and it sunk down to the board, told the front desk he couldn’t sleep lie that, they immediately decided to change to the next door room, that bed sunk down on both sides, we went back to the original room where I (the deep sleeper) slept on the bad side.The front desk person were very apologetic and s... read more
DO NOT STAY HERE – Unprofessional, Dirty, and Not Worth It. I stayed for 5 nights during an event, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I had to change rooms, and when I brought issues to Cordelia, the manager’s attention, she was rude, dismissive, and cut me off rather than listening. The entire stay was uncomfortable: • There was an event going on in the area and a lot of the guests were attending. 2nd stay, different weekend! Checked in 415am room provided had minimal electrical outlets working. Called front desk was on hold for 30 minutes waiting on her to come back to phone and say she was sending Maintenance. 1hr later. had to call back to see where he was. He came 20 minutes later got the lamp in corner working and by beds, assumed sockets were working. It wasn't. I Called back she advised he didn't speak English but was coming.
