I stayed at this hotel for my vacation. One of the employees is SO RUDE I heard someone yelling at one of their employees so rudely I’m not sure if it was a manger or a house keeper but that person was so rude! It honestly triggered me so I had to leave that hotel because that’s not fair treating their employees like that !!!
Pathetic breakfast. What room cleaning? Trash not taken out, not enough towels left, shampoo not refilled. Not nearly enough parking. Rigs with trailers taking up 7 spots at a time. Other spots so narrow that you can’t park cars and have room to open doors.
I have been in a lot of comfort suites because of my job, and this is hands down the nicest one I have been in. The room was nice and spacious. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. I will most definitely be back. Oh and for all of you Choice Members, they have a Presidential Suite that you can upgrade to if it’s available. I’m definitely going to be back soon.
