HOUSEKEEPING STEALS! Just wanted to tell you the main problem up front in case you don't have time to read the entire review. They tell you housekeeping is only conducted upon request, that was the first lie they told us. Housekeeping came in our room when we didn't request it and the housekeeper stole my son's swimming suit when she came in to take the towels, and when I asked for it back, she said she didn't take it, that was lie #2. We stayed here last summer before moving to Midland. We got a good room, ample and clean. We got restaurants closed by. So, it was a good experience.
They do not provide breakfast until 930 the cut it off at 9 and have no care in the world to make it if you ask. They housekeeping staff loud in the morning like people not sleep
Making customers watch adds to access the internet when rooms are 200$+ a night?! No thank you.
