Ray Marie gave my wife and I great experience when we came in. Very welcoming helped us out immediately and we got a room with no troubles at all! Would recommend this place 100%
First off i wanna thank the lady working,angel is her name, at the front desk at night, i came in late around 10 pm and I had booked the room for a different date, and choice hotels couldn't help me out changing the reservation to at the moment when i arrived. Excellent friendly helpful customer service. Very clean, smells great Nice lobby. Super nice breakfast! Thank was totally awesome. Gave us sightseeing tips, food tips, things to see. Definitely would recommend and we can't wait to return.
The parking lot looked trashy, hotel looked trashy, we ended up not staying here because my husband said it smelled like mold when he walked in. They also wouldn't accomate our family like Westay hotel did. They wanted us to pay for two seperate rooms for our kids ages 11, 9, 6,5, and 4.
Had a great stay at Comfort Suites. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Angel checked us out and she was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend!
