I have been using this hotel exclusively for many years have known the management and team all this time. over the last year it changed hands to foreigners and thus the decline of the hotel. Today, I was asked to pay an "early" (never even heard of this until today) check in fee, that has never been brought up before in all these years of staying there. Nice Budget friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless.
Entire building smells like mildew, especially in the rooms. AC in the room was off when we arrived and it had clearly been off for a while. I would not stay here again.
