Nice rooms an nice people who work there. However for a hotel with 9 floors of suites, the fitness center is just an elliptical and treadmill. I would recommend adding free weights. There is no airport shuttle service although they advertise they do. The breakfast is short only 3 hours of availability, and they make sure you do not stay long.
We stopped here to use the splash pad for the kids. It wasn't working and hadn't been working for a month or more. But there was no mention of that on the website. The pool was filthy with visible debris floating at the top of the water and it was overchlorinated. For the price I paid and not being able to use the splash pad that was communicated wasn't working, I wish I had stayed at a competitor hotel down the road that consistently does a better job at keeping the whole experience a 5 star. Be aware that you can really hear the interstate traffic noise in the rooms. Our shower water did not get very hot. It was barely warm but the shampoo dispenser was empty and the conditioner dispenser was almost empty.
