So I travel the United States with a service dog and this is the very first and only place they told me I cannot use the front entrance or the back entrance with my service dog. The gentleman at the front desk told me that he called his manager and they told him that I need to use the exit doors on the side of the building. In July 2025, I relocated to this wonderful hotel and staff due to a domestic violence and the possibility of a shooting in a different Choice hotel. That front desk attendant / staff did nothing. He wanted my room number and not the problem room. Stupid!! This Quality Inn, Irving, TX, Las Colinas hotel was most peaceful, quiet, clean, and offering popcorn midday. That’s good! I got up made my 10 yr old daughter a waffle with chocolate late milk. She said it taste weird. I looked this milk was expired. I thought this was a one off. Then the next morning I actually made her same breakfast the milk was expired for a month. I advised the front desk the said and I quote. We did not know no one told us. There just one more box.
