This hotel is extremely unsafe. Not only did the manager loudly announce my room number upon check-in rather than writing it down but twice upon my keys being demagnetized did the front desk person provide a new set of keys without verifying I was actually staying in the room number provided. Combine this with the room door not actually closing and it created a very unsafe environment where we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our room.

Thr whole staff was friendly and helpful Which made my twin and I daycation there. We would stay there again

So I travel the United States with a service dog and this is the very first and only place they told me I cannot use the front entrance or the back entrance with my service dog. The gentleman at the front desk told me that he called his manager and they told him that I need to use the exit doors on the side of the building.
