We rolled in around 145 AM, and the sweet older woman at the front desk was very polite. We are a military family, and I was traveling solo with my 3 young daughters. It meant a lot to be greeted so kindly! :)
Great customer service. Brian at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. We will definitely be returning to this hotel
When we arrived, the clerk was arguing with the guest in front of us about why the clerk hung up on the guest earlier when he had called for directions. Our room had a dank wet carpet smell. It took two days to replace a broken hair dryer. They only put one towel in our room after they serviced it. Otherwise, everything was fine.
