Read the reviews which were mix of good and bad decided to stay here anyway because it's a pet friendly hotel we have a pet I was pleasantly surprised the hotel was clean the staff has been friendly the rooms are really nice and the price is decent. Yeah there's a little pet smell but it's a pet friendly hotel people if you don't like pets don't stay at one. One thing I absolutely loved was they always had a picture of fresh lemon water in the lobby
Absolutely terrible experience — avoid this place I didn’t even stay at this hotel, and somehow I still managed to have one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. A visitor in our party had a mirror accidentally cracked, and the hotel’s response was to withhold our personal belongings until the situation was resolved. In my experience, it felt less like a reasonable resolution and more like they were holding our property ransom. What a terrible experience. Unpleasant breakfast; night staff smoking marijuana at the front desk.
Janet in the front desk was an absolute delight 10 out of 10. Clean rooms, great service, great stay.
