It’s freezing cold out and we came here for the winter fest and the pool area is closed! This is what we came here for to warm up in the hot tub and it’s closed! We would have gone to a different hotel had we know! Not ok!
We booked a king room with a whirlpool and booked with a dog. When booking, the pet fee was added to the booking fee. When we showed up, they charged the pet fee again. If that's not how it works, the website need to be more clear because we would have booked somewhere else. The pool area is closed. We booked a night here so the kids could swim, and the pool is freaking closed. No heads up or anything. No discount or refund offered. My family is extremely unhappy right now. This is stupid.
Family stay. Suites was nice. Small bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with usual choices. Service was helpful. We will be back.
