Ugh, It's not so much that the rooms were bad or unclean, it was simply due to, you could hear everyone checking into their room by the sound of them shutting their doors and or walking to their room. It would literally shake the whole floor and mind you, these walls are thin. You can hear everyone's conversation, so if you're wanting a goodnight's rest then this hotel may not be for you. Just stopped to get out of the snow, took the kids to the indoor swimming pool. A great place to spend the afternoon
Rooms are kept clean, along with the facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shopping are close by.
