Ashley at the front desk is absolutely amazing at her job. She was very freindly, professional and did everything she could to accomodate. The manager we met seemed nice and polite as well. However, the other girl at the desk lacks personality, can't seem to answer questions,and is a bit rudely dismissive. Overall, The rooms were clean and cozy even though our comforters were heavily stained. Breakfast lacked variety but was sufficient and fresh. The pool was open and not overly crowded. Great Stay — We’ll Be Back! We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made sure our dog felt right at home, which meant a lot to us. The food was good, the pool was clean and enjoyable, and every team member we interacted with was absolutely awesome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — truly no issues at all. The gentleman at the front desk was less than friendly. All the other staff was very friendly, but the gentleman at night not so much.
