The 3 star is because the chemicals in the pool were so strong just walking in the pool room burns your eyes, my youngest son had a hard time breathing in there. We stayed on 3rd floor and you could smell the chemicals in the hallwall by our room and the pool is on the first floor.
Stayed 1 night and was absolutely appalled by the lack of cleanliness in the room. We walked in and was immediately hit with the most foul smell, that got worse as the night went on. A dog had clearly pooped in the room and it was never cleaned up properly. My kids who are usually unphased by everything were gagging at the smell and now our luggage smells like it. One of the best Comfort Suites I’ve stayed at. Very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly as well.
Was a great nights rest. But the hot tub at this location was very small for the size of the hotel. It can't accommodate the number of people in the hotel. And it was only luke warm.
At this time I have been staying at this Comfort Suites every weekend for 6 months for work. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very kind and accommodating with every stay. I have watched the front desk staff handle any situation they are faced with with grace and kindness. Highest recommendations.
