One of the best values in recent memory. From the exemplary front desk service to the noon checkout, we can't wait to return (which we are in a couple days). Meticulously clean, the hotel looks newer than the 3-4 years it's been open. Breakfast offerings were above average. Also, pool and jacuzzi. As I said, real value for the money. This one earns the brand umbrella: "Choice"
When I visit this area it’s for work intensive purposes. I sometimes work long hours under strenuous circumstances. The amenities at this hotel and the staff are very helpful when I need to relax. The hot tub and pool are open 24/7 and the weight room is nice and spacious too. Breakfast has a lot of healthy options and the staff are always eager to help. This is still a very clean hotel. Three years after my first stay and I see no wear. The front desk staff are very personable. They made sure I had a quiet room. The pool and hot tub area are also very clean. There is an ample free breakfast if you want it. The decor is surprisingly modern/zen for this type of chain. The beds are very comfortable. Safe area, restaurants across the parking lot. Close to a couple grocery stores. Right off the 395 highway. If you notice road noise ask for a queen room. Those are away from 395.
Great place to stay when going to tri-cities for girls trip. Nice rooms. Great location.
Stayed for 2 nights. I got checked in quickly and a friendly manner. I stayed in a king room with sleeper sofa. The room was clean and well kept. The only thing is the shower floor could be a little cleaner. But over all good stay, good breakfast. I would stay agin for a next trip.
