Just excellent
We spent the weekend here while attending a conference in Hershey, and I am so glad we did. The evening front desk agent, Val, was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the hot breakfast was fantastic, and it's in a great location. I will definitely plan on staying here again the next time I'm in town.
Nice hotel, convenient location. But we got lectured when we were attempting to check in for using online booking. Even though it was a clerical error by the staff, not our fault. We're lectured more, all for the priceline reservation to absolutely be in the system and the lecture from front desk was never apologized for. Lol. I will still use priceline. Idk why the front desk ~man~ was so adamant against us saving $? Lol. Probably wont be back tbh.

Loved the breakfast! Waffes, eggs, bacon or sausage, tater tots, bagels, toast, pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, and possibly more. Room was very comfortable and staff was pleasant and accommodating. Pool was nice even on the dead of winter. So quiet, too.
