You would think this comfort suites was nicer based off the location. The room was spacious however I was very uncomfortable because it was unkept, and not very clean/up to date. There was lint from the ac all over the blankets. The ac unites were very dirty as well as the windows. They told us “no smoking” which is perfectly fine since we don’t smoke but the whole floor smelt as if someone was smoking. The woman in the front wasn’t very welcoming. Don't let the lower rating stop you- this is a great hotel, in a great location, at a great price! The staff was so nice. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable (as were the pillows). I will note the hallway smelled really weird (not sure if someone was cooking or if it was weed) but the minute I stepped into my hotel room it wasn't like that at all. The hotel is in a great location, in the center of Vintage park so If you're needing to go to Tomball or Cypress it's very close by. The room we had was very spacious with a pull out couch and we were impress by the level of cleanliness in the room. The staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The price is very good for what you're getting so I recommend staying here.

I was here for work for 4 days. Not the cleanest I have been too but I carry my own cleaning supplies for such. I used them. Breakfast was lack luster but cost per night taken into consideration. On check out asked that room receipt be emailed and wasn't after 2 days of waiting. Called back several times to deal with rude and inconsiderate clerk on asking to get receipt emailed. I did receive the receipt but was told "for future reference call different time"...WOW!!! FOR FUTURE REFERENCE THERE WILL BE NO FURTURE REFERENCE!!... read more
