Wasn't able to catch the clerks name, however, the call was around 10p on 5-21-26. I contacted Comfort Inn to inquire about room availability and rates, expecting perhaps the bare minimum standard of hospitality commonly associated with the industry. Instead, I was introduced to a remarkably efficient demonstration of contempt disguised as customer service. Clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Lady at the front desk was rude checking in and the next morning. Zero points for customer service. Only other issue was People were parked in parking lot on side of property smoking dope in their cars when we arrived at night.

Check in was fine,l took a shower and went straight to bed it was probably dark. . I woke up at 5:00 a.m. took another shower and shaved and hit the road .. OOOPPPSI forgot my $100 CASH DEPOSIT. I live in ARIZONA now I've spent 30 days trying to retrieve it .. they act like it's undoable they don't know how to do it it's a problem that they've created they should have take it from my card and just credited the card back like normal so beware of your CASH DEPOSIT they think it's a game she's never there keep my name is David ... read more
