I have stayed here several times in last two months. The front staff is always angry. I walk up to the front desk the attendant just look doesn't greet or anything so I spoke hello gave her my name informed her I had reservations she said check-in is at 3pm ( it was 2:38) So I told her I requested early check-in and late check out on my reservations she stated " OH we don't read that " Some I went outside and waited until 3:10pm I walk up she never greeted me again , never looked up and asked fir driver's license. The room was clean, cool in temperature, and inviting. The bed was amazing. We showed up pretty late for check-in, so the front desk was short, sweet, and to the point didnt seem personable but wasn't rude. All business. Could hear people in the next room talking and doors slamming in the hallway, but luckily, around 1230am, it was all quiet. Breakfast was expected hotel self-service food. Did have 1 waffle maker, so that was a plus, but it takes 3 mins per waffle, so for a whole family, that could take a while.
Jennifer has the most horrible customer service there is . She is rude and the stay was not good . I will NEVER return here.
After multiple attempts to amicably resolve a traumatic incident that transpired at this hotel, it disheartens me to leave this review. Me and my family had been staying at this establishment for well over a month. While going through living transitions, I still aimed to provide a level of stability for my one year old baby girl. However, I will never forget my experience on the night of July 6, 2025.
