very clean, quiet. great staff. great location.
We had booked a room the day of our arrival before our flight the next day back home. The hotel is far enough off of the freeway and a quiet area where you cannot hear freeway noise from your room, and there are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. We had gotten in our room which was clean, did not smell, and the air conditioning worked well, with a comfortable bed and clean bedding and a nice updated bathroom. Truck broke down on the way to Savannah. Book the room for the night while a truck was repaired. Rome was very clean and the staff at the front was very nice. Now for the bad.. had my daughter and Grandson with me so we ordered food late that night. I felt my grandson made a bit of a mess so I left a tip for cleaning. Just had the best experience with Jennifer at the front desk! I reserved the wrong dates on the Choices app and couldn’t get any assistance from 3 different customer service reps. I came into the lobby and explained the problem and she fixed it within a matter of minutes and no hassle! She changed our date, we checked in and the room is nice and clean. Great customer service!
