Not horrible but we found trash in the room from before our stay in drawers and on the floor which made us curious if anything in there was even clean.
This hotel is an absolute abomination and when you call the one 800 number they don’t give a shit. I have a disabled child that stayed there with me and I’m probably going to get a lawyer for what happened just because they don’t care to fix the issue or return the money. Their pool was absolutely disgusting has green scum along the edges, and I have a video of it. The bathroom floor in the tub had pubic hair or something like that in there the floors were completely black I video and pictures of the towels after you put the... read more
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Comfort Inn location. While I was actively traveling to the hotel, they canceled my reservation without so much as a call, text, or email to notify me. I was left stranded, completely unaware, until I arrived—only to be told there was no room available for me. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
