This hotel is what comfort inns all can and should be. Clean, updated, nicely sized rooms, polite and well trained staff. The pool and back deck both look nice and well maintained. I would gladly stay here again. A couple of oddities: the room I booked wasn’t available at check in and I was given a different kind of room. No welcome gift offered for a platinum member. Also… no plain creamer for coffee, only flavored. And ironically, only plain yogurt, with nothing to add to it. But that’s all very minor. Very nice hotel.

I had a 4 night stay here with lock issues every single night. I had to wait half an hour at 11pm after a 14 hour day to get into my room because the lock battery was dead. Every night if my stay I had to be manually let into my room by the staff. I’ve tried reaching the manager 4 times now regarding this issue and always am told she’s in a meeting regardless of the time of day and that I’ll get a call back. I had a last minute stay during a winter snow storm had to be in the area to pick up a car. The lot had plenty of parking with a semi lot in the rear. Check in was super fast and the front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. He told me about breakfast and about the 11am check out. The room was very clean ( trust me I checked) bed was huge and shower had pressure. We were very pleased with our short stay. Check was simple I just left the key cards in basket at the front desk.
