Great location with better staff and rooms than the price would suggest. High end hotel level great, at a budget price. I was very much impressed with the quality in customer service, the attendant at the front desk showed. Cheerful and helpful Marie made a fantastic impression, and great stay into a memorable one. 10/10 would recommend this location.
It's only 4 years old but very basic. Rooms need noise buffers. Check in was fine. Check out sucked! Girl on Saturday morning had an attitude a mile wide. Came to my room pounding on the door at 10:50am (Check out is 11) yelling "Front Desk"!!! I asked what was wrong? She said she was "just checking". Wth is that all about? Ugh. Heard her on the phone talking with someone about a reservation, and when she hung up,she was grumbling about the call to another employee. Will never come back to this property. I stayed there for 6 nights, the bedroom was nice and comfortable. The bedroom has not been cleaned once during my stay even if there is a document in the room stating it is clean every 3 days or upon request. It was not dirty but still different from what is claimed. The breakfast was not the best but it was ok. Everybody was friendly however my last experience with the team was bad.
