Room was on top floor. Very nice and quiet (other than garbage truck early morning). Breakfast rates 3-4 stars. Limited pastries. No fruit. Mark was wonderful (evening front desk). Hallway carpets need cleaning. Beds were quite comfortable.

Bathroom door only opens halfway and then gets stuck on the floor, rooms are filthy with stains on the carpet and curtains, Bathroom wall pealing and dirt covering the air vent, Pool was closed, the front desk clerk in the evening was horribly disrespectful, screaming at underage children when they were in their rooms where they were supposed to be, he wouldn’t let us charge to the room but didn’t have change for cash, one elevator was under maintenance and the other was dirty and smelled like urine, Breakfast food with limi... read more

Worse night of ever staying in a hotel. Ice machine broken, pool and hot tub broken. Kids hockey team staying there and I asked for a room far away from the kids and instead they put me in a room right under a room of the kids room. They were bouncing off the beds till after 10pm. I called the front desk 5 times to quiet them down. The fifth time they didn’t even answer the phone. I had to go up and knock on the kids door to be quiet. My first night of vacation and I now have a pounding headache.

I attempted to stay here in July after the 4th of July weekend. Upon receiving the room keys, I inspected the bedding and room for cleanliness and discovered the mattress had bed bugs present. No way was I staying in a room with any sign of bed bugs. I presented this information to the front desk and requested a refund for the situation. They informed me that they do not have the power to give a refund and a manager needed to be contacted in order to do so.
