The front desk manager, Mark, was extremely helpful and friendly. He was so polite the entire duration of our stay. When hotels hire people like him, they have repeat customers for life.
If I hadn't stayed at a great hotel in Greenfield, IN the week before, I probably would have given this one 5 stars. This is a very nice hotel and we had a great rate on a room for 6. The front desk help was extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms were well maintained and quiet.
Hot tub was not functional. Everything else was fine
